Returns and Exchanges
Returns or Exchanges will only be accepted for products displaying obvious production faults and within 14 days from purchase date. Minor surface cracks on wood/timber products are part of the natural charm and appearance of such products and therefore do not validate as faulty.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It also must be in the original packaging. 

Clever-Smart-Design will not accept any returned merchandise without prior written communication and mutually agreed acceptance of the reason for the return. Upon inspection and approval, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Exchange or Store Credit will be provided, No Refunds.

To complete your return, we also require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
All sale items and discounted merchandise are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Shipping 
After we mutually agreed to exchange your purchase for the same item(s), please send us an email at hello@clever-smart-design.com. We will then provide you with our physical address to return the items to.

Clever-Smart-Design does not accept or resume any responsibility for loss of or damage to returned goods whilst in transit from the customer. It is therefore strongly recommended customers use an appropriate carrier with a tracking or trace system. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

All charges incurred as the result of an exchange or return (i.e. shipping, duties, and taxes) are the customer’s responsibility.
In the case of an exchange the buyer will be required to pay an additional re-shipping fee. These fees will vary on a per item basis. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If any matters of liability arise, the matter will be dealt with and settled between Clever-Smart-Design and the customer directly. These terms and conditions will apply and be the basis of the discussions.
